Our session focuses on how to achieve your skin goals by taking a look into your current lifestyle and routine. We understand that everyone is unique and so we build you a new skincare routine that is tailored to your individual needs. Every session includes an aftercare form which includes everything we have discussed in your session and personalised routine, treatment and product recommendations. Let us help you take control of your skin today. The cost of this treatment can be used as a non-refundable deposit against any of our facial treatments for up to 2 months.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel over 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once. Your deposit is transferrable for up to 3 months, after this time it will be lost. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost and you may be charged the remaining balance. This invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid before any future treatments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your treatment, it will be automatically cancelled and the cancellation fee can be charged. By booking in, you are agreeing to MWB's booking policy, failure to comply with this will mean you lose your deposit.
