A 50% deposit is required to secure your treatment. This is non-refundable but will be taken off the price of your treatment. If you cancel more than 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred once for up to three months. If you cancel under 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be lost and you can be charged the remaining 50%. By booking in with MWB, you consent to following these policies.
