Cancellation Policy
If you cancel over 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit can be transferred to a new date once. Your deposit is transferrable for up to 3 months, after this time it will be lost. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost, and you may be charged the remaining balance. If you did not pay a deposit, the treatment price will be charged. This invoice will be sent to your email and must be paid before any future treatments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your treatment, it will be automatically cancelled, and a cancellation fee may be charged. By booking in, you agree to MWB's booking policy. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your deposit.
